2. Product Information

Product images, colors, and descriptions displayed on this website are for reference only. Actual products may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting. We recommend confirming samples before bulk orders.

3. Orders & Customization

All orders are subject to mutual confirmation before becoming effective. Custom orders require clear design specifications and sample approval before proceeding to bulk production. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

4. Price & Payment

Prices are as quoted and may be adjusted due to exchange rates, raw material costs, and order quantities. Payment methods include bank wire transfer (T/T) and others as agreed between both parties.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery time is 5-15 working days. Custom orders depend on process complexity. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure.

6. Samples

Samples require payment of sample and shipping fees. Sample fees are refundable upon bulk order confirmation.

7. Quality & Inspection

All products undergo internal inspection before shipment. Buyers should inspect goods within 7 days of receipt. Quality issues must be reported with photo or video evidence. Custom products are not returnable except for quality defects.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including product images, descriptions, designs, etc.) is the property of Ethereal Textile and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ethereal Textile is not liable for any indirect damages (such as loss of profit or business interruption). Our total liability shall not exceed the order value.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be settled through friendly negotiation.
